Rural Scheme

I really hope this scheme kicks off well and benefits the poor in the villages. It is definitely a venture worth applauding but as they say "The prrof of the pudding is in the eating". It all depends on whether the scheme is implemented transparently with an eye on the economic/social viability of the scheme. Read this article to know what I am talking about.
